After months of hard work, Skyline Air Conditioning are delighted to have gained MCS approved installer status.
The Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) is a nationally recognised quality assurance scheme, supported by the Department of Energy and Climate Change. MCS was designed with input from product and installer representatives, consumer groups, trade associations and technical experts from across the microgeneration and renewable industry.
MCS certifies microgeneration technologies used to produce electricity and heat from renewable sources. This means Skyline Air Conditioning are now able to register qualifying heat pump installations with the RHI Scheme (Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme) enabling the user of the system to receive annual rebate payments.
Similar to the Gas Safe Register, the MCS gives installers a mark of quality and demonstrates to the consumer that the installation will be completed to the highest quality every time. If you are interested in having an Ecordan or similar ASHP installation in your own home then Skyline Air Conditioning would be more than happy to carry out the work at cost price.
